rebuilder steps

rebuilder steps are here for the days when everything feels heavy, confusing, or just too much.

small things that still count

these aren’t goals. they’re not a routine. there’s nothing to complete or keep up with.

they’re small, doable steps you can choose from - based on what you can handle right now.

one step is enough. even reading this counts.

if you want, you can let this page choose one small step for you.

REMINDER
You don’t have to do this perfectly.

  • these are for days when getting through is the win.

    • drink a glass of water

    • sit up in bed

    • brush your teeth or rinse your mouth

    • eat something small

    • take your medication (if you have it)

    • open a window

    • take three slow breaths

you don’t need to do all of these.

  • gentle steps for when you feel able to try a bit more.

    • have a shower

    • wash your face

    • step outside for one minute

    • sit somewhere different

    • make a warm drink

    • reply to one message (or just read it)

    • tidy one small surface

    stop whenever you want.

  • these aren’t “better” steps - just bigger ones.

    • take a short walk

    • prepare a simple meal

    • do one task you’ve been avoiding

    • journal one sentence or one page

    • use a worksheet or tool

    • spend 10 minutes on something calming

    • make a loose plan for tomorrow

You’re allowed to return to the earlier sections. Any task is a win.

you’re allowed to come back to this as many times as you need.

your capacity will change - that’s normal.
